- Minimum age to drive is 16 years (Mandatory to show ID)
- Passengers must be at least 5 years old. The minimum height required is 1.20 metes (3 feet 9 inches).
- Maximum weight p/vehicle: Single – 175 kg ( 386 lbs) Double – 210 kg (463 lbs)
- We will reserve the right of admission in case any passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Not recommended for participants with back problems. No wheelchairs recommended. Not recommended for pregnant women. The listed price does not include a $15 USD per vehicle for ATV insurance surcharge, payable at the time of tour check-in. ATV INSURANCE surcharge is required by our local supplier and is not within our control. Hotel pickups commence approximately 60 to 90 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Children under 16 years old won't be able to drive the ATV, it should present a valid ID to confirm the age. We reserve the right of admission in case any passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We don't do transfers from Cancun, if you are staying in Cancun Area we can arrange a private transfer for an extra fee.

What do I need to bring?
Great! It's always important to dress appropriately for the activities you'll be doing. Comfortable clothes (shirt or blouse with sleeves) and shoes are a must, especially if you'll be doing a lot of walking or outdoor activities. Don't forget to bring swimwear and a towel for any water-based activities, such as swimming, snorkeling, or diving. Sunblock and mosquito repellent are also important to protect yourself from the sun and any pesky bugs. It's always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your health and comfort, so make sure to pack these essentials before heading out on your tour.
