The tasting lesson and the visit to the olive oil company
You will learn to understand and recognize the quality of extra virgin olive oil, starting from organoleptic qualities such as color, scent and flavor. At the end of the lesson, which will take place at an oil mill, you will be able to recognize quality oil and make winning combinations on your table. You will immediately test what you have just learned by visiting an oil farm.
