Overview

Cerritos Beach is one of the most consistent surf locations in Baja California Sur, receiving Pacific swells that create rideable waves throughout much of the year. Its wide sandy beach and variety of wave conditions make it suitable for surfers of different experience levels. Beyond learning how to stand on a board, surfing teaches participants how to read wave patterns, understand ocean movement, and develop confidence in the water. Cerritos has become an important part of Baja's surf culture, attracting travelers and local surfers alike with its combination of accessible waves and relaxed coastal atmosphere.

Surfboard, rashguard, beach chairs, umbrella setup, and all necessary surf equipment, specific surfboard sizes, fiberglass boards, or wetsuits available upon request with at least 24-hour notice, 2-hour surf lesson at Cerritos Beach with a certified bilingual surf instructor, lunch at a local Baja-style restaurant including tacos, tortilla chips, homemade salsas, and a vegetarian option Complimentary round-trip transportation from selected areas in an air-conditioned vehicle

• Complimentary round-trip transportation is available from hotels in Cabo San Lucas and the Tourist Corridor • If your hotel is not listed, feel free to contact us so we can check transportation availability for your area • Guests arriving with their own vehicle may meet directly at Cerritos Beach (Big Fun Beach Club Parking Area), where the surfing lesson begins from the beach • Hotels outside the main tourist area, including Hard Rock, Nobu, Rancho San Lucas, Diamante, or Four Seasons, are not included in complimentary transportation and will meet at Plaza Gali OXXO in Cabo San Lucas • Cruise guests will also meet at Plaza Gali OXXO, approximately 3–5 minutes walking from the marina exit. Detailed walking directions will be provided with your confirmation message • Cabo San Lucas cruise arrivals operate using tender boats, which may take additional time depending on port operations. We strongly recommend taking the earliest tender available or booking priority tender service whenever possible • Guests who miss transportation or arrive late must arrive directly at Cerritos Beach before the activity start time at their own expense
