Wine tour and tasting of 4 Valpolicella Wines in a Medieval Court

Before the tasting, the itinerary that you will experience will also include a walk in the vineyard, access to the 1300 tower with a view over all of Fumane and our estate with the possibility, based on the occupancy of the rooms, to also visit one of them with the period decor.

Afterwards we will move on to visit the tavern, with its huge fireplace where you can admire a selection of the prizes and awards we have obtained and then move on to the bottling room where you can discover the procedure and use of the machinery. After that we will visit the cellar itself with an explanation of the winemaking process: from the fermenter to the refinement in steel and wood.
