Overview

Join a local, born-and-raised guide for a scenic 30-minute drive north from Levi to a small wilderness village with just 55 residents and over 6,500 reindeer.

We begin with a visit to a traditional reindeer farm, where you’ll meet and feed the reindeer, see them in their natural environment, and even take one for a short walk. Along the way, you’ll learn about reindeer life and everyday living in Lapland.

From the farm, we continue to our family’s traditional lakeside wilderness cabin. Here, you’ll hear more about local life while we grill sausages over an open fire and enjoy warm drinks and cakes together. If weather allows, we’ll also take time to soak in the surrounding nature.
