The experience begins with a visit to the “Organica” Museum along an immersive journey through oaks, cork trees and Mediterranean scrub. Here you will actively explore this very special open-air museum together with an expert guide who will let you know up close the works of art hidden in the Forest. The visit continues in the CEDAP exhibition space, a small jewel of contemporary architecture that since 2020 has hosted the Museum's temporary exhibitions of contemporary art and photography in its two rooms. The visit ends with a tasty tasting of typical local products immersed in a natural environment of extraordinary beauty.

The path of the works installed in the woods is approximately 1.5 km long with a slight slope. The works are easily accessible.

CURADUREDDU WOODS

The Curadureddu woods is located on the slopes of Monte Limbara, an imposing massif immersed in the heart of Gallura, near Tempio Pausania. The biodiversity of the forest, the numerous paths and the evocative sceneries offered by the natural pools of the Riu Pisciaroni make Curadureddu one of the most evocative areas of the Limbara. From a naturalistic point of view, the area is characterized by the presence of Mediterranean scrub, holm oaks, oaks and very rare wild orchids. Throughout the year spontaneous periwinkles and daffodils create carpets of colorful flowers. It is possible to see moufflons, woodpeckers and titmice.

ORGANICA MUSEUM

The Organica Environmental Art Museum was born in 2020 to create a dialogue between contemporary art and nature. It is a unique museum in Sardinia that offers the visitor a double experiential journey. Site-specific installations by contemporary artists dot the park-museum creating a highly evocative experience. Parallel to the outdoor itinerary, the CEDAP exhibition space offers exhibitions of visual art and photography by artists who explore the complex relationship between man and nature.

TASTING

The tasting includes a glass of Vermentino from the Cantina Sociale Gallura accompanied by a platter of pecorino cheese, sausage and carasau bread or a selection of local dry sweets.
