Our Stand Up Paddling in Rio de Janeiro happens in Copacabana Beach, near the Copacabana fortress, where the waters are calm and clear. Our instructor will give you basic information onshore, on how to stand up on the board, find your balance and then paddle. Once you are ready, you are free to go to the sea where you can paddle for 01 hour on your own. It is a great workout and a nice way to see Copacabana`s coastline.
Attention: This is not a private lesson. If you believe you need full attention from our instructor, we can offer a complete and private lesson for an extra R$ 60,00, which needs to be paid in cash there.
