- The base rate includes up to 20 guests per booking.
- You may add extra guests during the checkout process as add-ons, subject to availability and additional cost Up to 95 guests total capacity.
Children Policy
- All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Multilingual Guide
- Tours may be operated by bilingual or multilingual guides, depending on the group’s composition.
Prices & Validity
- All prices, fees, and local taxes are subject to change without notice.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Net rates are per person and based on the minimum number of participants for the service.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm all private service reservations.
- 100% refund available for cancellations made 25 days or more before the tour.
- 40% refund available for cancellations made 20–24 days before the tour.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or "no-shows" are non-refundable.
Weather Policy
- In the event of bad weather (strong winds or heavy rain), you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
- If the weather is only cloudy or there is light rain, the tour will proceed as planned and no refund or change will be issued.
- Snorkeling is subject to sea conditions. If Port Captaincy cancels this activity due to safety concerns, no refund will be provided for that portion.
Transportation
- Optional roundtrip hotel transportation is available at an additional cost, payable upon boarding.
- If selected, exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.
- Transportation must be arranged in advance.
Alcohol Policy
- The minimum legal drinking age in Mexico is 18 years. A valid ID may be requested.
Voucher Flexibility
- You may present either a printed or electronic voucher at check-in.
Gratuities
- Gratuities are not included. A suggested amount is $6 USD per person, payable directly to the crew on the day of the tour.
Safety Notice
- Guest safety is our top priority. All activities are subject to weather and sea conditions. The operator reserves the right to modify or cancel any activity in the interest of guest safety.
What do I need to bring?
- Swimsuit – Wear it under your clothes for a quick change before snorkeling.
- Towel – For drying off after your swim or sunbathing on deck.
- Biodegradable sunscreen – To protect your skin and the coral reef.
- Hat and sunglasses – The sun can be intense on the open water.
- Comfortable sandals or flip-flops – You’ll need to remove them onboard.
- Light cover-up or t-shirt – For sun protection or when the breeze picks up.
- Waterproof phone case or dry bag – To keep personal items safe and dry.
- Cash – Bring $15 USD per person for the dock and reef preservation fee (cash only), and extra for optional tips or souvenirs.
- Motion sickness remedy (if prone) – The sea can be unpredictable.
