The route takes place near the Baduboi Bridge in Badesi: a simple, fun and suitable river descent for everyone, where it will be impossible not to be amazed in front of the unique panorama of the area: reeds, Mediterranean scrub, juniper trees and the possibility to come across a wide variety of birds such as white herons and cinerini, kingfishers and falcons.

The route consists of a river descent starting from a Badesi bridge and arriving at the estuary of Coghinas, about 6 km long.

NO guide will accompany you during the river descent.

Curiosity: The Coghinas with its 116 km is the third longest river in Sardinia, the most important in the northern part of the island. It owes its name to Coghinas ("kitchens" in Logudorese) due to the presence of hot water springs near Casteldoria, whose salty-bromine-iodic waters flow at 76°C and give life to an important thermal complex.
