Your journey begins with a visit to a local reindeer farm, where you’ll meet these gentle Arctic animals and learn all about their role in Lappish culture. Enjoy a 500-meter-long reindeer sledge ride through the snowy wilderness—just like the Sámi people have done for centuries! After the ride, warm up with hot juice and delicious cookies and receive your very own reindeer driving license as a special souvenir.
Next, get ready for some excitement as we switch gears to an action-packed 1-hour snowmobile ride through stunning snowy landscapes. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, our guides will ensure a safe and fun experience.
To keep you warm and comfortable, we provide thermal overalls, shoes, and gloves. Round-trip transportation from selected meeting points is included, making your experience hassle-free.

Additional information
- Duration of the program is about 2 hours and 30 minutes. It is suited for adults and children over 4-year.
- In order to drive a snowmobile, a valid driver’s license (class B) is required. A provisional license or a picture of the driving license won’t be accepted. The driving license must be recognizable in English. If you do not bring your driving license you won’t be able to drive a snowmobile and no refund can be offered.
- Children and adults without a drivers’ license can join the safari by sitting on the sledge.
- 2 adults share 1 snowmobile. If the number of people in the group is an odd number, someone in the group will have to share a snowmobile with another member of the activity. Single driving is available as supplement for adults.
- If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability).
Transfers & Prices
- Transfers from/to are included from Olo Resort, Reindeer Manor Levi, Arctic Nook, Hotel Levi Panorama, and Golden Crown Levi Igloos.
- If you stay at the center of Levi, you can meet your guide at our Safari Office, address is Levintie 1585. Meeting time at the Safari Office is 30-minutes before the scheduled starting time of your tour.
- Pickups will start 30 minutes to 1-hour before the tour starts. Exact pickup time will be informed by email the day before. If you don´t receive this email, please contact us.
- Missed meeting time and point will result on missed safari which will not be refunded
- Children 4-13 are subject to child rates specified in the product information.
- Youngsters aged 14+ are subject to adult prices.
Good to know
- Alcohol consumption is not allowed during the tour, and guests cannot participate if intoxicated.
What do I need to bring?
- Valid driver’s license (class B) is required. You will be asked to present your license prior to departure.
