  • The total duration of the tour is an approximate time starting once the pick up at your hotel until your transfer back.
  • The minimum age to drive is 18 years old, and a valid driver's license is require. As a passenger, the minimum to be part of the activity is 1.30 mts / 4.27 ft. / 51.2 inch.
  • Must wear closed toe tennis or water shoes due to safety reason (Mandatory)
  • For safety reasons, you are not allowed to take to the activities any personal belongings, such as cameras, cellphones, bags, or similar.
  • We recommend to bring: Sun glasses or goggles to avoid debris getting into your eyes
  • Lockers are available for an extra cost of USD$ 5.00 (Small) or USD$ 8.00 (Large) for the whole day.
  • Flip flops or sandals are not permitted during the activities.
  • Due to security policies, some activities have restrictions by weight, height, and age of the participants.
  • Please share your hotel room number as soon as you have it as we need it to enter the property on the tour date to pick you up. Failure to provide this information at least 48 hours before the travel date may affect your pick-up service and no refunds will be issued.
