Enjoy a day fishing on one of our beautiful river or lake within 60 min drive from Reykjavik. We choose the best option each time, depending on season and availability.
All the spots are easily accessible and suitable for both beginners and experienced anglers. Some of you might only need a few hints while others have never even held a rod before. This option is ideal for families with children.
Itinerary
- Guide collects you early morning and drives to the river.
- Tour is up to 12 hours.
- Guide brings: Fishing tackles, waders and light refreshments.

- Up to 10 hours of fishing, tour is up to 12 hours in total but many choose to do 4-6 hours of fishing.
Please Note
We are outside all day, so please dress accordingly. We can expect all different types of weather during the Icelandic summer so you have to bring layers with you, wear comfortable and warm trousers, sweaters, socks. Waterproof jacket, hat, gloves and please bring glasses to protect your eyes (normal, sun or fishing glasses).
Parents are responsible for their children but many of our guests are young anglers fishing their first fish. A great experience that everyone remembers throughout their life.
What do I need to bring?
Please wear:
- Warm long underwear, warm socks, sweater
- waterproof jacket
- Glasses (fishing/sun or your own) to protect your eyes.
