• Minimum booking requirement: A minimum of 2 adults per reservation is required. • Private service: This is a fully private experience, reserved exclusively for your group. • Pickup locations: Available from hotels and condos in Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking, based on your hotel location. • Duration: Approximately 10–12 hours, depending on hotel location, traffic conditions, and preferred pace of visit. • Guide service: A certified bilingual guide is included in the Guided and All-Inclusive options. The Express option includes private transportation only. • Cenote swim: Life jackets are typically required at cenotes. Towels are recommended. • What to bring: Comfortable clothing, walking shoes, biodegradable sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, sunglasses, hat, and cash or card for personal expenses or optional purchases. • Weather policy: Tours operate in most weather conditions. In case of severe weather or official site closure, suitable alternatives or rescheduling options will be offered whenever possible. • Archaeological site regulations: Professional video cameras, tripods, and drones are not permitted. Action cameras (such as GoPro) may require a permit payable directly at the site (approx.
