Join a joyful and productive philosophical journey towards self-excellence, through exploration of the Aristotelian Ethics; the longest-lived and most widely accepted theory of the Western world. Walk literally in the footsteps of Aristotle’s students, in his School, in the center of Athens. Led by an expert, this is a philosophy workshop for beginners, a “manual” on how to be virtuous in your daily life, applying the Golden Mean rule, while interacting with other people successfully.
• Visit the historic school of Lyceum, Aristotle’s own Academy.
• Learn about the father of science, the great philosopher, Plato’s successor and Alexander the Great’s teacher.
• Learn through a combination of methods including “question & answering”, “reading cards”, “Socrates’ maieutic art (midwife art)”, “Platonic dialogues” “brainstorming”, and “case studies”.
Very small groups, usually up to 5 people.
Suitable for people over 16 years old.

- As part of this workshop takes place at a Historical site, involving Heritage and Cultural aspects, all participants are required to respect ethic, law and respectful conduct etiquette (soberness, cleanliness, photo/video shooting, dress-code, loudness etc) and be respectful and polite during the entire session. Our facilitator has the right to terminate your participation without any refund in case your behavior is disrespectful in regards to the place or the people.
- Language is plain English; all terms will be explained in simple words and through examples.
- This workshop is an outdoor experience therefore it requires good weather. In case it is canceled due to poor weather, you will be notified at least 3 hours ahead, and will be offered the option to choose between a different date, a similar workshop, or a full refund.
