- "Skip-the-line" access for Uffizi Gallery is guaranteed, even during peak season (except in the event of delays or strikes by the museum management).
- After the first validation, the ticket is valid for 72 hours: you can use it to visit locations listed on your own time (Giotto's Bell Tower and Santa Reparata).
- Appropriate clothing for a place of worship is required: access with bare legs and shoulders, and wearing sandals, hats, or sunglasses is not permitted. You may be refused entry to the Baptistery and Cathedral if you fail to comply with the cathedral's dress requirements.
- Suitcases, backpacks, parcels, containers, and large and medium-sized bags are not permitted inside the Dome(Cupola).
- Umbrellas, canes (when not used to assist walking), tripods for cameras, and film cameras are not permitted inside the Dome.
- Knives, scissors, and metal tools that could be dangerous for people and the exhibited works are not permitted inside the Dome.
- Please note that the guided tour does not include the Brunelleschi's Dome(Cupola), you can climb the Brunelleschi's Dome on your own (Pre-reserved ticket time) after the Duomo Complex guided tour ends.
- With your timed-reserved tickets, you can climb the Cupola Dome 45 minutes after the Duomo Complex guided tour ends.
- Please note that the tour requires a minimum number of two guests to run.
- Please note that if you arrive after the tour start time you will not be able to join and will not be refunded or have your tour rescheduled.
- There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
- The customers choosing the Duomo Complex tour at 11.15am, join the Uffizi Gallery tour at 16.00pm after attending Duomo Complex tour.
- The customers choosing the Duomo Complex tour at 09.45am, join the Uffizi Gallery tour at 16.00pm after attending Duomo Complex tour.
- The customers choosing the Uffizi Gallery tour at 09.00am, join the Duomo Complex tour at 15.00pm after attending Uffizi Gallery tour.
- The customers choosing the Uffizi Gallery tour at 11.45am, join the Duomo Complex tour at 15.00pm after attending Uffizi Gallery tour.
- The recommended duration for the visit to the Brunelleschi's Dome is approximately 45 - 60 minutes.
- The recommended duration for the visit to Giotto’s Bell Tower is approximately 45 minutes.
- The recommended duration for the visit to the Santa Reparata is approximately 30 minutes.
