- Please, you must be 20 minutes before your tour, otherwise you will lose your reservation WITHOUT REFUND.
- Documents to show at the entrance of the tour Adults: Official ID, IFE or INE, temporary or permanent residence issued in Quintana Roo. Kids, Infants under 5: Official ID.
- Passengers must be at least 5 years old. The minimum height required is 1.20 metes (3 feet 9 inches).
- Maximum weight p/vehicle: Single – 175 kg ( 386 lbs) Double – 210 kg (463 lbs)
- IMPORTANT INFORMATION. After 6 PM, The Sanctuary office closes, making morning transfers challenging. For a seamless experience, we recommend booking the 2nd shift to ensure ample time for arrangements. Pickups begin 60-90 minutes before Tour time. Thank you!"
- We will reserve the right of admission in case any passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Not recommended for participants with back problems. No wheelchairs recommended. Not recommended for pregnant women. The listed price does not include a $15usd per vehicle for ATV insurance surcharge, payable at the time of tour check-in. ATV INSURANCE surcharge is required by our local supplier and is not within our control. Hotel pickups commence approximately 60 to 90 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Pickups inside PLAYACAR AREA will be at our meeting point located at Plaza Playacar, we dont do hotel pickups inside Playacar. Children under 16 years old won't be able to drive the ATV, it should present a valid ID to confirm the age. We reserve the right of admission in case any passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This tour doesn't include the monkey bonding at the Sanctuary, you can add it for an extra fee, please let us know when you arrive that you want to upgrade your tour so we arrange it. We don't do transfers from Cancun, if you are staying in Cancun Area we can arrange a private transfer for an extra fee.

What do I need to bring?
For an unforgettable excursion into the heart of the Mayan Jungle, adequate preparation is key to ensuring maximum enjoyment and comfort. Here's a guide to help you get ready for an action-packed day:
Clothing and Footwear:Dress comfortably in clothes suitable for walking through the Monkey Sanctuary and the Cenote. Comfortable closed-toe shoes or Wet Shoes are convenient during your tour,
Swimwear, Towel, and Change of Clothes:Don't forget swimwear and a towel for the Cenote. A dry change of clothes might also be beneficial for your comfort after water adventures.
Sun Protection and Insect Repellent:Protect yourself from the elements by applying biodegradable sunblock and wearing a hat or sunglasses to shield against the sun. Additionally, bring mosquito repellent to fend off any pesky bugs that might inhabit the jungle.
Bringing a bandana is highly recommended to shield yourself from dust during ATV rides.
