- Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is complete, one of our guides will text you the night before your tour or, if the booking is made on the same day, at least 7 hours before the tour to confirm the details. For last-minute bookings made less than 6 hours before the tour, you must contact our guide leader, Amir, directly at +97455597740 to ensure your participation.
- We pick up all travelers from Doha city hotels, airports, or any Address Within the Doha city zone. (Please get in touch with us for the pickup location details. - If a private tour is selected, the pickup service will be 5 minutes before the actual tour time. -If sharing tour is selected, the starting time will vary between 10-15 minutes before or after the actual tour starting time - Grace waiting time: 10 Minutes - No refunds are issued for a no-show under any circumstances. If you do not turn up for (or are late for) your pre-arranged tour starting time, you will be considered a No Show and will not be refunded.
