- INFO FOR DRIVERS AND PARKING: If you are driving, then please allow extra 30-60 minutes over whatever time you think it will take you to get here. Oxford is NOT car friendly and it is congested roads and hard to find parking spaces....unless you park at the sign posted 'park and rides' on edge of town on any major road into the city and hop on their buses into city centre. The park and ride buses leave every 15 or every 30 minutes and take anything from 10 min to 30 min (depending on traffic) to reach city centre. So if you are going to drive, then please assume you should be aiming to park your car about one hour before your tour starts.
- • Please be aware that the tour all takes place OUTSIDE and as British weather is unpredictable, please make sure you dress for all weather, including rain. • What to expect, in case of rain? Plus about same day cancellations of the tour by the tour operator: • If on the date of your tour, the weather forecast expects heavy rain, we may decide to call you up to cancel the tour at just a few hours notice. So when you book, please send us a contact mobile phone number and also an email address too. If you see the weather is looking questionable, please also check your phone for any text messages on the day of your tour. If we decide to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund or if you agree, we will offer to reschedule your booking onto another date or if you prefer, we will offer to book you onto a different tour, free of charge, for the following day. • Please note it is very rare that we will cancel any of our other tours listed on getyourguide but as this is a theatre tour using props and with the actor guides wearing costumes, please understand that this tour can be weather dependent. • Our contact phone numbers are (44)2079657523 or mobile (44)7955482637.
