On your arrival you will be kitted out with all of the necessary safety equipment by your instructor before your adventure begins. You will make your way through a variety of elements such as jumping for the trapeze, using team work to climb Jacobs Ladder or attempting to stand steady on the All Aboard platform!

Please Note
This activity requires a minimum of 4 people to proceed.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable loose clothing, rain gear, runners. Do not wear jeans.
Insect-repellent and sun cream are useful in the summer.
You will need a towel & toiletries for showering afterwards and warm clothes and shoes to change back into.
