Glacier Lagoon - Jökulsárlón

As we make our way to Jökulsárlón, we will pass through the Þórsmörk valley, the rhyolite mountains of Landmannalaugar, geothermal areas, Laki crater as well getting a closer look at Eyjafjallajökull, Mýrdalsjökull and Vatnajökull glaciers. As we travel along the glacier edges you will discover the incredible cracks and crevices in the outlet glaciers which are caused by them flowing outwards from under their own weight.

Flying back along the south coast you will see the stunning riverbraids in the glacial rivers that can only be seen from above.
