This full-day expedition crosses the full length of Iceland's south coast, from the glaciers of the Highlands to the place where ancient ice finally meets the sea. The highlight is Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, where vast blue icebergs drift in glassy water, and the neighboring Diamond Beach, where ice fragments wash onto black volcanic sand in one of nature's most striking contrasts.

The flight passes over Þórsmörk, Landmannalaugar, and three major glaciers before sweeping along the coast to reveal the intricate braided rivers that weave across the dark plains below.
