- Pick-up is included from all major hotels and lodges within Livingstone town and surrounding areas. Our driver will arrive at your accommodation between 07:30 and 08:00 AM. Please be ready at least 5 minutes before the earliest pick-up time to ensure a smooth schedule for all participants. If you’re staying outside of Livingstone or in a private residence/Airbnb, please contact us in advance to confirm pick-up availability or arrange a central meeting point.
