From Puntaldia or San Teodoro: snorkeling at the Molara Pools

Overview

Discover the seabed of the Tavolara Marine Protected Area, one of the most beautiful in Sardinia, with a wonderful snorkeling experience. From Puntaldia Marina in the San Teodoro area of northeastern Sardinia, you will first make a short transfer aboard an inflatable boat and then find enchanting scenery.
Together with an experienced guide, you will swim in the renowned Molara Natural Pools in the Tavolara Marine Protected Area and Punta Coda Cavallo, whose unique colors make it one of the island's most popular destinations. The clear, turquoise waters welcome clouds of wrasse and damselfish, which will swim around you.

ITINERARY

A 20-minute boat trip through the Tavolara Marine Protected Area, with a guided tour of the surrounding area and a pass in front of the beaches of Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi and Isola del Fico
A boat trip between Isola Ruja, Coda Cavallo and past the island of Molara
Arrival at the Molara Natural Pools and a stop of approximately 50 minutes for a guided snorkelling session
Snack on board and a visit to the cave on the island of Proratora
Return to port

The participation fee includes the rental of:

Extra diving equipment such as diving computer and torch, wetsuit, sea scooter and apnea equipment can be hired in the Diving Centre.

Please Note

All participants are required to pay an environmental contribution of 3€ to be paid on site in cash.
In case of special needs, please contact the number on the reservation voucher as soon as possible.
At the end of the experience, will be available and free use 2 bathrooms for women and 2 bathrooms for men, with hot water showers. Inside the diving center there is also a cabin to change if you do not need a toilet.
The sea scooter is only available for adults; children aged between 5 and 11 will share it with a parent/guardian.
Parking available at the Marina di Puntaldia. Afterwards, you will have to walk after the bar and you will find the meeting point with our guide, after a few meters to the left.
The snack served on board includes: chocolate cookies (gluten-free, lactose-free and hazelnut-free), hot tea, lemon and water cold tea.
Pets are not allowed.
