Our Fettuccine Pasta Class offers a hands-on journey into the craft of pasta making, giving you the unique opportunity to learn this traditional art in a truly unforgettable setting. Located at the iconic Ristorante Panzirone, right on the magnificent Piazza Navona, this two-hour experience is designed to immerse you in the heart of Roman culinary culture.
The class begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the secrets of pasta making. In the first hour, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get to work, guided by our expert chefs, who will walk you through the steps of preparing the perfect fettuccine dough. From mixing to kneading, and finally to cutting your pasta, every step is a labor of love and tradition.
Once your fresh fettuccine is ready, the fun continues as the kitchen prepares your dish with one of four classic Italian sauces: Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Pasta all Pesto, or Pasta all Pomodoro. Each sauce is a delicious celebration of Roman and Italian flavors, crafted with the finest local ingredients.
While the kitchen gets your pasta dish ready, you’ll be treated to an appetiser, with a glass of local wine or beer and a delicious serving of bruschetta to whet your appetite. The best part? You’ll dine outdoors, surrounded by the timeless beauty of Piazza Navona, making your meal even more special.
