- Every refund request MUST be done within and not later than 48 hours from the day of the tour
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Please read carefully! At the time of booking, all travelers are required to provide their full name and date of birth. You must provide a valid photo ID to enter the Colosseum (ID, Driver's License, Passport) Security will prevent you from entering the site if the information provided at the time of booking is not accurate and/or doesn't match the one on your ID. The tour's departure time may vary and can be anticipated or delayed by no more than 60 minutes before or after the start time indicated in the reservation. If there should be a change in the departure time, this will be communicated at least 6 days before the date booked by you. The Tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour, you must be at the meeting point for check-in at least 20 minutes before departure. Late arrivals cannot join the tour and will not be refunded. Be aware that departure time from the meeting point is 15 min prior tour departure time. The starting point, ticket redemption point, and meeting point are in the same place. The visit order of the monuments included in the tour description may vary. Children's discount applies only with a valid ID card! For the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. Any disability must be communicated to us at the time of booking The Colosseum Underground is not included in the tour.
