Chichen Itza Day Trip from Tulum Including Cenote and Lunch

Playa del Carmen (Mexico)

B-108800
$ 115.00

Location

Embark on a cultural journey that connects the legacy of the ancient Maya with the vibrant traditions of modern-day Yucatán. This full-day experience takes you beyond a typical sightseeing tour, combining history, nature, and authentic local culture in one carefully curated itinerary.

Explore the world-renowned archaeological site of Chichen Itza, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Accompanied by a certified guide, discover the meaning and significance behind its most iconic structures, including the Kukulcán Pyramid, the Temple of the Warriors, and the Great Ball Court.

Continue your journey into nature at Ki’ichpam Xunáan Cenote, a serene natural sanctuary surrounded by lush jungle. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to swim in crystal-clear waters and enjoy a peaceful environment rooted in Maya heritage. In Maya tradition, cenotes were sacred spaces associated with renewal and spiritual connection, adding cultural depth to this refreshing experience. The name Ki’ichpam Xunáan, often interpreted as “beautiful woman,” reflects a deeper concept of harmony, balance, and natural beauty.

The experience also includes a visit to Valladolid, a charming colonial town recognized as a Pueblo Mágico. Stroll through its colorful streets, admire historic architecture, and experience the authentic atmosphere of local life in Yucatán.

With comfortable transportation, regional cuisine, and thoughtfully selected stops, this tour offers a well-rounded immersion into the cultural and natural richness of the Yucatán Peninsula—all in one unforgettable day.
