Beach Yoga Class

This is a morning beach yoga class on Kata beach near the Surf House and ClubMed.  At the time of the class the beach is beautiful and much quieter than later in the day providing a very tranquil and refreshing experience.  Class content is largely Hatha or Yin depending on the instructor and will typically include some meditation. You'll have great photo opportunity as well. Upon booking we will provide you the specifics as to where to meet our class.  If you are in the Kata-Karon area and you need transportation, our shuttle can provide it for extra charge. The class includes use of mats & towels and a bottle of water.  We recommend you bring a hand towel.  Classes need to be booked here in advance to secure participation. Classes are subject to weather conditions being acceptable to the instructor, thus do not assume the class is cancelled because of a passing shower.2
