Getting Ready for the Jungle To ensure you have the most comfortable experience with Oxígeno Amazonas, here is a curated list of essentials: Please bring a poncho or raincoat to embrace the tropical weather and a flashlight for our night explorations. For the jungle treks, we recommend light-colored, long-sleeved shirts and pants for protection. We’ve got your feet covered: We will provide the rubber boots. You simply need to bring thick, long socks for maximum comfort. Don't forget your sunscreen, mosquito repellent, sunglasses, and a bathing suit for cooling off. And of course, bring your camera—you won't want to miss these moments!
Seamless Logistics: Flight & Luggage Guidelines Arrival (Day 1): Standard (Included): Public Express Boat. Flight must land in Leticia before 12:00 PM. Private Navigation Upgrade (Optional - Additional Cost): Last boat departs at 4:00 PM (Landing by 2:30 PM recommended). Departure (Day 6): Standard (Included): Public Express Boat. Book return flight after 12:00 PM. Private Navigation Upgrade (Optional - Additional Cost): Tailored departure from Puerto Nariño up to 4:00 PM. Luggage Storage: We provide secure luggage storage. You can bring your suitcases to Puerto Nariño, where we will keep them safe. You will have full access to them on Day 5 after checking into your hotel. Day 1 Essentials: Please have one small backpack ready with essentials for your 4 first nights in the jungle cabins. To ensure your comfort during jungle treks, please bring only what is necessary and avoid carrying too much weight. Alternative Option: Our trusted coordinator in Leticia, Don Carlos, can also keep your luggage safe. If you choose this option, please note you will not have access to it until the final day of the tour.
