2-Day Khao Sok Trip with Overnight at Cheow Lan Lake Raft House

Early departure from Phuket to Ratchaprapa Dam or Cheow Lan Lake, one of the most iconic natural hotspots in Khao Sok National Park.

Day 1:
Embark on a scenic longtail boat ride to the floating raft houses, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the reservoir surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. After arrival and check-in, take a short break for lunch.

In the afternoon, set out on an adventure by longtail boat to explore the beauty of nature. Visit Khao Sam Kler, also known as the “Guilin of Thailand”, and capture unforgettable memories with dramatic limestone peaks rising above the emerald-green water.

Trek through a nature trail toward the 500 Rai Inner Lake (Talay Nai), venturing deep into the lush jungle. Along the way, immerse yourself in the diverse flora, fauna, and wildlife of this tropical rainforest. Continue your exploration with a visit to Pakarang Cave (Coral Cave), famous for its coral-like stalactites and stalagmites. Discover the unique limestone formations inside this fascinating underground world.

Return to the raft houses for some free time and relaxation before dinner. Unwind and enjoy a peaceful night on the raft, surrounded by nature.

Day 2:

Start the day with a morning mist safari along the lake, the best time to spot wildlife in their natural habitat such as gibbons, monkeys, dusky langurs, and gaur. Afterward, return to the raft house for breakfast and check-out. Savor the final moments as you take a boat ride back to the pier.

From there, continue by van to the Khao Sok River, where you will enjoy a relaxing bamboo rafting or canoeing experience (activity may vary depending on seasonal conditions). Drift along the peaceful river surrounded by lush rainforest and limestone cliffs, offering a calm and immersive nature experience.

After your river experience, head to a local restaurant in the Takua Pa area for a delightful lunch, where you can enjoy authentic Southern Thai cuisine. After lunch, return to Phuket. Relax as the journey takes you back to the island.

• Room Type: One King Size Bed plus one small 3.5 ft bed includes an electronic fan, and communal bathrooms are available.

• Cut-off Time: The cut-off time for bookings is 5 days before the tour date. Please ensure to confirm your booking by this deadline to secure your spot.
• Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 5 days before the tour start date. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.
• Minimum Participants: The minimum number of participants required to join the tour is 4 people. If the minimum number is not met, the tour may be subject to cancellation.

• Starting Point / Meeting point is at CC's Hideaway Kata Hotel.
• Free Pick-up: West coast from Kata, Karon, Patong, Kamala, Surin, Bangtao, Phuket Airport, and Mai Khao areas.
• Excluded areas are: East coast from Rawai, Nai Harn, Chalong, Phuket town, Panwa, Ao Yon, Siray, Pa Klok, Koh Keaw, Thalang, Kathu.
